This is one of three 1960's inspired mod/pop art paintings. I chose colours from that time period and all the paintings are done in a swirl pattern. They would add colour and cheeriness to any room. They are also great printed on throw pillows, duvet covers, art cards, prints, tote bags, shower curtains and mugs.
I was born and raised in Flin Flon, a small city in northern Manitoba, Canada. I have resided in various parts of Canada as well as spending fours years in Brisbane, Australia. I have only recently relocated/retired in Keremeos, British Columbian, Canada (May 2014) and have been truly inspired by the incredible beauty of the surroundings as well as the wonderful people who inhabit the Similkameen Valley. I have gone from the black and white world of banking, to a world of colour. I feel so at home and know that at this stage in my life, this is where I need to be.
