This is another whimsical painting in my negative image series. It is a bright, cheerful painting that would add a pop of colour to any room in a house, office, reception area, boutique, cabin, bed and breakfast, entranceway, etc. It would look lovely in a baby nursery as well. It can be turned into a shower curtain or towel for the bathroom, a duvet cover, throw pillow or fleece throw for a bedroom or a beach towel or tote for the beach. Of course, it would look lovely as a canvas print, metallic print, poster or greeting card.

I was born and raised in Flin Flon, a small city in northern Manitoba, Canada. I have resided in various parts of Canada as well as spending fours years in Brisbane, Australia. I have only recently relocated/retired in Keremeos, British Columbian, Canada (May 2014) and have been truly inspired by the incredible beauty of the surroundings as well as the wonderful people who inhabit the Similkameen Valley. I have gone from the black and white world of banking, to a world of colour. I feel so at home and know that at this stage in my life, this is where I need to be.
